Candidate Acquisition & Recruitment Operations

Introduction

EverestX RM Operations is an internal operational application developed by EverestX. Authorized EverestX personnel use it to support candidate acquisition and recruitment service activities.

The application helps those personnel coordinate recruitment workflows, manage team operations, and maintain operational records.

It is an internal business tool. It is not a public candidate registration platform, and it is not a consumer application. This page does not provide login, registration, or access to the internal application.

Candidate acquisition services

Separately from its managed, invite-only marketing talent platform, EverestX supports authorized recruitment platforms and other business clients with candidate acquisition. These activities follow the relevant client engagement and the approved recruitment workflow for that engagement.

Those activities may include:

  • Candidate sourcing
  • Recruitment campaign coordination
  • Candidate engagement
  • Candidate registration and application support
  • Recruitment operations
  • Candidate eligibility and activity tracking
  • Quality assurance and verification
  • Operational reporting

EverestX is not the employer for every opportunity described in a recruitment campaign. Candidate information handled for a candidate acquisition engagement is not automatically added to the EverestX managed marketing talent platform. The two services operate separately.

What the application does

EverestX RM Operations supports authorized personnel with:

  • Internal team management
  • Recruiter administration
  • Recruitment job coordination
  • Job description preparation
  • Operational Google Sheets management
  • Candidate activity recording
  • Verification and quality assurance
  • Operational reporting

The application is limited to operational work for EverestX recruitment activities. This page does not describe confidential client systems or publish operational records.

Google Workspace integration

The application uses Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs to create and manage files for authorized recruitment operations. Google Picker may be used when an authorized person selects an operational file or other resource for the application.

Examples of those files include:

  • Team workbooks
  • Individual recruiter trackers
  • Job descriptions
  • Recruitment activity records
  • Verification and reporting documents

When a Google account connects to the application, the requested permission is the limited file-level scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. In plain terms, this lets the application work with files it creates, and with files a person explicitly opens or selects for it. It does not grant the application unrestricted access to that person's entire Google Drive. A folder name, by itself, is not the boundary of this permission.

The application also uses an authorized Google service account for permitted operational tasks. That account can work with operational resources that have been shared with it for those tasks.

Data privacy and access

Access to operational records is limited to authorized roles and the business need for the relevant recruitment work. The application is intended to process operational files and data that belong to those activities.

Personal Google Drive files that are unrelated to authorized EverestX operations are not part of the application's intended access. How Google account data is accessed, used, stored, and shared is described in the EverestX Privacy Policy.
